Dr Olaifa Temitope holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. She lectures at the Communication and General Studies Department, University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. In July 2017, she became a Fellow of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (FSPSP).

As a Monitoring & Evaluation practitioner, she has worked on assignments commissioned by the Lutheran World Federation, West Africa Network for Peacebuilding, World Bank and a host of others. She has monitored and evaluated projects in Ogun, Lagos, Plateau, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, Borno and Taraba States of Nigeria. Her other consulting works focuses on Peace, Conflict, Security and Communication issues with UNDP, ActionAid, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Ministry of Environment, ROLAC and a host of other national and international organisations.
