OUR HISTORY & FACTS

We are a membership based not-for-profit, non-political, non- religious organisation created in 2017 to promote the practice of evaluation in Nigeria.

We are a community of evaluators promoting and advocating professionalism, in the practice and use of monitoring and evaluation in Nigeria. Our day to day activities is run by executive officers, committees, and volunteers.

To develop, promote and advocate professionalism, in the practice and use of monitoring and evaluation through collaboration with stakeholders and likeminded individuals within the country and globally to build a community of professional and responsible evaluators and practitioners in Nigeria

Our Vision

An inclusive, equitable, diverse and credible association that promotes professionalism, institutionalisation, in the research, practice, training and use of evaluation in Nigeria.

Assoc. Prof. Umar Ibrahim

President

A/Prof. Umar Ibrahim is a global health governance specialist with over 25 years of experience in public health across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

Ms. Adegoke Oluwakemi Yetunde

Vice President

Yetunde Adegoke has worked for over 20 years in development, with UK and Dutch think tanks, Nigerian and Senegalese NGOs, the Nigerian government, multi-lateral and bi-lateral organisations.

Mr. Kwarkas Rinji

Secretary General

Rinji is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) specialist with over 9 years of experience in development work.

Mr. Muhammad Nuradeen

Assistant Secretary General

Muhammad is an Architect by training, a Procurement Officer and an Evaluation Specialist.

Mr. Sikiru Taoheed Oladehinde

Financial Secretary

Taoheed is the Chief Internal Auditor of Linkage Assurance Plc. He holds an M.Sc. Accounting, an MBA, and a Master, International Affairs & Diplomacy.

Mrs. Ruth Edward Baka

Publicity Secretary

Ruth is a Developmental, and Monitoring, Evaluation worker with over 8 years of experience in development work.
